Player-Driven Logistics

The supply game that pays — hauling free supply packs by wagon to the bastions that need them, where the packs come from, how rewards scale with distance and demand, and the five wagon tiers.

Locations don't supply themselves — and Player-Driven Logistics is the system that lets you keep bastions fed without spending your own gold or resources, and get paid for it. It's the cleanest bridge between crafters, fighters and the war effort.

How it works

  • Supply Centres at each nation's last-stand fort (Mereley, Serai, Dunfen) generate supply packs for free, automatically and endlessly, in four categories: Armaments, Tools, Food, Building Resources.
  • Load packs onto a wagon (carrying by hand is possible but slow) and deliver them to the wooden pallet by the construction table at a destination bastion.
  • Warehouses in every main location hold a public pallet for surplus, with a guaranteed reward — picking a pack back up costs a deposit equal to that reward.

The payout

  • Delivering pays character XP, coins, and fief points (fief points need you to be in a guild), scaled to the share of a location's needs you fill.
  • Rewards grow with distance from the supplying fort and with the destination's zone and demand level — hauling deep into contested ground pays best.
  • A routing board in each warehouse and Supply Centre lists every controlled location by demand, so you can run from low-demand to high-demand and maximise the take.

Wagons

There are five wagon types, unlocked through the dedicated Logistics branch of Character Development; each carries a different number of packages. You can spawn unlocked wagons for free from the Siege Engineer NPC near the barracks — except tier-5 wagons, which must be crafted.

Hauling through contested territory carries the usual frontier risk — run with an escort when you're crossing a hot frontline, the same way you'd protect any caravan.
